Hill Plastics produces molds from several materials depending on your stage of production. Prototypes and pre-production parts use low-cost wood (CNC-milled mahogany or Perfect Plank) or polyurethane tooling. Production parts are formed using aluminum cast molds. The company also provides drill fixtures, trim fixtures, and threaded insert tooling to support the full range of manufacturing requirements.
