Prototype tooling and initial parts can typically be produced in a few weeks, depending on design complexity. We CNC-mill a wood master pattern to print specifications, which is then used to form prototype parts for design review and functional evaluation. This low-cost approach allows fast iteration before committing to aluminum production tooling.
