Our Thermoformed Plastic Dispensing Enclosure Services

From custom vacuum forming to CNC trimming and high-volume production, we deliver complete enclosure solutions to specification.

Custom Thermoforming

We produce thermoformed plastic dispensing enclosures using eight forming machines ranging from 2'x3' to 5'x9', with materials including ABS, HDPE, PETG, and KYDEX, trimmed to exact drawing specifications.

CNC Trimming & Finishing

Our two 5'x10' CNC trimming centers deliver precision edge finishing, contour cutting, and drilling on enclosure parts, ensuring dimensional accuracy and assembly-ready quality for every production run.

Mold Making & Tooling

We build custom enclosure molds using wood, polyurethane, and aluminum tooling. Low-cost prototype tooling accelerates design review, while production aluminum molds ensure long-run dimensional consistency.

Prototyping

We form dispensing enclosure prototypes from low-cost wood master patterns machined to print specifications, typically ready in weeks, so engineers can evaluate fit and function before committing to production tooling.

High Volume Production

Our 4'x7' rotary thermoforming machine cycles 2.5 times faster than standard single-station equipment, enabling high-volume, cost-competitive dispensing enclosure production with consistent quality control throughout.

Design & Material Selection

Our sales and engineering team guides you through material selection—evaluating impact resistance, durability, chemical resistance, and environmental factors—to ensure your dispensing enclosure performs reliably in its application.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a thermoformed container?

A thermoformed container is a plastic part created by heating a flat plastic sheet to a pliable forming temperature and then shaping it over a mold using vacuum pressure. The result is a rigid, custom-shaped enclosure or container trimmed to precise dimensions. Thermoforming is widely used for dispensing enclosures, material handling trays, and custom OEM parts because of its low tooling costs and design flexibility.
