Our Heavy Duty Plastic Wall Mount Enclosure Services

From custom thermoforming to precision CNC fabrication, we deliver wall mount enclosures built to your exact specifications.

Custom Thermoforming

We vacuum-form heavy gauge plastic enclosure shells using ABS, HDPE, KYDEX, and other industrial materials. Eight forming machines accommodate sizes from small panels to large 5'x9' enclosure housings with consistent dimensional accuracy.

CNC Trimming & Cutting

Our two 5'x10' CNC trimming centers precision-cut and finish enclosure parts to drawing specifications. Operations include contour cutting, precision drilling, edge finishing, and fastener preparation for assembly-ready wall mount components.

Plastic Fabrication

Our skilled fabrication team assembles enclosure components using heat bending, bonding, riveting, and threaded insert installation. Parts are CNC-trimmed and fabricated to avoid most tooling charges while maintaining tight production tolerances.

Mold Making & Tooling

We produce custom molds for enclosure production using aluminum, polyurethane, and wood patterns. Low-cost prototype tooling can be completed in just weeks, transitioning seamlessly to production aluminum tooling upon approval.

Prototyping

From concept to physical prototype, we form enclosure samples using low-cost wood or polyurethane tooling machined to print specifications. Prototypes are available for design review or functional evaluation before committing to production runs.

High Volume Production

Our 4'x7' rotary thermoforming machine cycles 2.5x faster than standard equipment, enabling cost-effective high-volume enclosure runs. Every production batch is quality-controlled for appearance and dimensional compliance at competitive pricing.
