Prototype lead times depend on part complexity and tooling requirements. For most projects, we can produce CNC-milled wood master patterns in just a few weeks, with prototype parts following shortly after the pattern is mounted. Simple geometries may be completed faster, while complex designs with intricate details require additional machining time. Once you approve prototypes, we can transition to production tooling and manufacturing. Our streamlined process and in-house capabilities help minimize waiting periods compared to outsourced workflows.
Our engineering team is ready to discuss your prototype and production requirements.
