Custom thermoforming and vacuum forming of plastic parts in a manufacturing facility

Our Thermoforming Services

From vacuum forming and mold making to CNC trimming and high-volume production, we offer end-to-end custom plastic solutions.

Vacuum Forming

Custom thermoforming and vacuum forming using eight machines ranging from 2'x3' to 5'x9'. We form plastic sheets over precision molds to produce enclosures, trays, OEM parts, and more with fast turnaround and low-cost tooling.

Plastic Fabrication

Full-service plastic fabrication including precision trimming, drilling, heat bending, bonding, and assembly. Our skilled team produces custom POP displays, industrial parts, and finished components to exact drawing specifications.

CNC Trimming & Cutting

Advanced CNC router trimming with two 5'x10' trimming centers for primary and secondary operations. We deliver dimensionally accurate, clean-edge parts ready for assembly across short-run and high-volume production.

Mold Making & Tooling

Custom mold fabrication using aluminum, polyurethane, and precision wood patterns. We support prototypes through production tooling with CNC-milled master patterns, ensuring fit, function, and easy design adjustments.

Prototyping

Rapid prototype production using low-cost wood or polyurethane tooling. Master patterns are typically machined and ready in just a few weeks, letting you evaluate design fit and function before committing to full production.

High Volume Production

Our 4'x7' rotary thermoforming machine runs 2.5x faster than standard single-station equipment, enabling cost-effective, quality-controlled high-volume production from thousands of parts with competitive pricing.
