Our Custom Part Fabrication Services

From precision CNC trimming to full thermoforming and mold making, we handle every stage of custom plastic part production.

Plastic Fabrication

Our skilled fabrication department produces custom enclosures, industrial parts, POP displays, and OEM components using advanced CNC routers, punch presses, and SolidWorks-driven design—trimmed to exact drawing specifications in any quantity.

CNC Trimming & Cutting

Using two 5'x10' CNC trimming centers, we deliver precision contour cutting, edge finishing, drilling, and fastener preparation for thermoformed and fabricated plastic parts with repeatable dimensional accuracy across short runs and high volumes.

Thermoforming & Vacuum Forming

With eight thermoforming machines ranging from 2'x3' to 5'x9', we custom form ABS, HDPE, PETG, and other materials into enclosures, trays, OEM parts, and radomes—delivering cost-effective solutions with short lead times.

Mold Making & Tooling

We design and produce custom molds using aluminum, polyurethane, and wood tooling materials. From low-cost prototype patterns to production-grade aluminum molds, our tooling services ensure precision fit, function, and easy design adjustments.

Prototyping

Using low-cost wood or polyurethane tooling, we produce accurate prototypes for design review or functional evaluation. Master patterns are typically ready within weeks, allowing fast iteration before committing to full production tooling.

High Volume Production

Our 4'x7' rotary thermoforming machine cycles 2.5x faster than standard equipment, enabling cost-effective high-volume production. Combined with our 20,000+ sq ft facility, we scale from short runs to thousands of parts with full quality control.
