Plastic Fabrication

Full-service plastic fabrication including precision trimming, drilling, heat bending, bonding, riveting, and assembly. We produce custom POP displays, machine guards, enclosures, and industrial parts to drawing specifications.

CNC Trimming & Cutting

Automated CNC trimming and cutting using two 5'x10' trimming centers for primary and secondary operations. Delivers dimensional accuracy, clean edges, and repeatable quality for both short-run and high-volume production.

Mold Making & Tooling

Custom mold and tooling development using aluminum, polyurethane, and CNC-milled wood patterns. We support prototyping through production tooling with SolidWorks-based design and full product development assistance.

Prototyping

Rapid prototyping from low-cost wood or polyurethane tooling, machined to print specifications. Prototypes are available for design review or functional evaluation, with changes easily incorporated before production approval.

High Volume Production

Scalable production from short runs to thousands of parts using a 4'x7' Rotary Thermoforming machine with cycle times 2.5x faster than standard equipment. All parts are quality-controlled for appearance and print specifications.
