Custom plastic fabrication and thermoforming production floor at Hill Plastics

Our Plastic Fabrication Services

From precision CNC trimming to high-volume thermoforming, we offer end-to-end custom plastic fabrication solutions for diverse industries.

Thermoforming & Vacuum Forming

Custom thermoforming using eight machines ranging from 2'x3' to 5'x9'. We heat and vacuum-form plastic sheets into precise mold shapes, supporting enclosures, trays, radomes, and OEM parts in both small and high-volume runs.

Plastic Fabrication

Skilled fabrication of custom POP displays, industrial parts, and enclosures using CNC routers, punch presses, and table saws. Services include precision trimming, drilling, heat bending, bonding, riveting, and threaded insert installation.

CNC Trimming & Cutting

Advanced CNC trimming with two 5'x10' centers for primary and secondary operations. We deliver dimensionally accurate, clean-edged plastic parts trimmed to exact drawing specifications for enclosures, machine guards, and OEM components.

Mold Making & Tooling

Custom molds from aluminum, polyurethane, and CNC-milled wood. We support prototypes through full production tooling, with in-house design assistance using the latest CAD software to ensure precision and proper design function.

Prototyping

Rapid prototyping from low-cost wood or polyurethane tooling, typically ready in just a few weeks. Ideal for design review or function evaluation before committing to full production tooling and manufacturing runs.

High Volume Production

Our 4'x7' rotary thermoforming machine runs 2.5x faster than standard single-station equipment, enabling cost-effective, quality-controlled high-volume production runs for aerospace, telecommunications, medical, and industrial clients.
